
A TALE OF TWO STILLS
Hendrick’s is the marriage of two different spirits from two rare and unusual stills: the Bennet still and the Carter-Head still. By combining the two, we are able to create an extraordinarily smooth gin that has the required character and balance of subtle flavours.
Hendrick’s wondrous botanical signature consists of flowers, roots, fruits, and seeds from the world over. They function to complement and set the stage for our delicious duet of infusions: rose petal and cucumber.

BOMBAY SAPPHIRE
The creation of Bombay Sapphire is truly unique. Whilst ordinary gins boil their botanicals directly in the spirit to achieve their flavour, the taste of Bombay Sapphire is created through the Vapour Infusion process.
The 10 precious botanicals used in our gin are held separate from the spirit in perforated copper baskets, and when the heated vapours rise, the distinctive flavour of the botanicals are released. The result? A complex aromatic liquid that delivers a broader, more balanced flavour.


Over the last few weeks my partner and I have popped in to The Railway Hotel.
What a revelation to find such a charming place to sample an array of G&T’s that are available at the Railway. The décor is amazing, the friendly atmosphere, the professionally mixed drinks, great landlord/owner and staff, make you want to drink in town again.
Saturday night mixture of Soul and Mowtown with mainly middle age folk reliving St Andrews days!!
